The Westphalian [=White-Success] System

According to Allen (2002), "the nation-state's appearance in human society coincided with European colonisation [and] the nation-state system is a type of ecosystem for the survival of the white body and white mind." (pp.479-480)

From an Islamic counter-racist perspect, nationalism is a disempowering concept which, like Marxism (which is an essentially, not circumstantially, white ideology), should be rejected outright. (On this point, see "Some Critical Reflections on the Bandung Conference" at the Bandung2 website.)

Reparations?

Allen (2002) maintains that

under pressure from the white polity, the IMF and the World Bank dictate policy to indebted nation-states rather than organising a redistribution of wealth from white nations back to the people from whom it was stolen. Absent a critical awareness of the world system within global white supremacy, ideas like reparations for colonisation or slavery make little sense to people, particularly to whites who are generally oblivious to or unconcerned about their own responsibility for this legacy. (p.480)

Three points: First, the IMF and World Bank do not act "under pressure from the white polity"; rather, they were established by, and are maintained, expanded and refined by White Supremacy (Racism). Second, Marxists focus on issues of wealth redistribution yet ignore issues of money creation. While accepting the distinction between money (currency) and wealth (resources), it is incorrect to focus on one to the exclusion of the other since, under conditions of Racism (White Supremacy), the value of resources - including "human resources" = people, especially non-white people - is determined in terms of money - money that is created and controlled by White Supremacy (Racism). Third, the responsibility of ALL white people is for maintaining, expanding and refining White Supremacy (Racism).

House Negros/Muslims

According to Allen (2002), "not all those who support white supremacy are white." (p.484) He goes on to state that "white assimilation to white supremacy is not the same as the internalisation of white supremacy by people of colour" and that "the internalisation of whiteness by people of colour should never be used by whites as an excuse to avoid reflection upon one's active or passive role in the globalisation of white supremacy." (p.484)

While Allen is correct in maintaining that non-white people can only support White Supremacy (Racism) as opposed to becoming White Supremacists (Racists) themselves - a confused and incorrect position held by some non-white "intellectuals" such as black feminist, bell hooks, and recently articulated by Sherman [Abdul-Hakim] Jackson in the latter's Islam and The Blackamerican (2005) - his use of "internalisation" is problematic (perhaps intentionally) since it does not identify the causal agent responsible for such internalisation. While accepting, with the late Algerian thinker, Malek Bennabi, that a people must become colonisable before they can be colonised - and this includes, perhaps primarily, colonisation of their minds/consciousnesses - and, therefore, some degree of responsibility in the colonised him/herself, it remains the case that colonisation is an act perpetrated by the coloniser. Thus, internalisation of White Supremacy (Racism) by its victims is primarily caused by White Supremacy (Racism) itself.

The Non-White Revolution

Allen (2002) maintains that "the global revolution must emanate from 'outside' of whiteness, from those who wage continual battles against its colonising tendencies because they are its Other, not to mention that they are the ones who have the most to lose if it fails." (p.483)

In sum, since it is only the humanity of the [non-white] oppressed that can liberate both oppressed and oppressor, the plan and leadership for world liberation will have to come primarily form decolonised people of colour, with assistance from transformed white persons. (pp.484-485)

Agreed. However, give the historical legacy of "help", "aid", "assistance" etc that is the "White Man's Burden", I would counsel extreme caution among non-white victims of White Supremacy (Racism) committed to RWSWJ: Replacing White Supremacy With Justice.
