The issue of Somali pirates hijacking ships is a regular feature in the Racist (White Supremacist) media. Yet analyses of the issue consistently fail [=succeed, from the perspective of maintaining and/or refining the practice of Racism (White Supremacy)] to point out that Somali piracy has its origin in, among other things, the reaction of Somali fisherman to nuclear toxic waste dumping by Western [=White Supremacist[Racist)] nations on Somali beaches. Importantly, St.Augustine tells us that it is only piracy when the theft at sea is carried out by anyone other than 'The Emperor' and/or his 'Imperial' agents. (I learned about this observation of St.Augustine from Chomsky's Pirates and Emperors.)
Concerning the use of the Star Wars image, I should point out that I grew up watching the Star Wars films (my Dad took me to watch Episode IV: A New Hope on its first release in 1977 when I was just 9 years old). Although the racial subtext of the movies is certainly there, and Martin Kevorkian's Color Monitors: The Black Face of Technology in America (2006) does a good job in drawing it out, I think the films are sufficiently embedded in popular consciousness to warrant their appropriation for counter-racist purposes.
In the image, the role of the Emperor is taken by Zbigniew Brzezinski, whereas Obama takes on the role of Darth [=Dark] Vader. This is fully consistent with Kevorkian's analysis of "the machine inside the machine", that is, the non-white slave - represented by Obama - functioning inside 'The Machine' that is the globally-operating system of Racism (White Supremacy) - represented by Brzezinski. While today it might appear that the US has a black [=non-white] Emperor, appearances can be misleading [=confusing to the victims of Racism (White Supremacy).]
