Check out "The Color of The Race Problem is White" by Robert Jensen, white author of The Heart of Whiteness: Confronting Race, Racism and White Privilege (2005). (The book is okay, but non-white victims should be wary of its conflationism which is typical of white so-called 'anti-racists'. Jensen was also a guest on the C.O.W.S.
